  • 1 –2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey adjust based on your taste preference

Spices:

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Whipped cream or coconut cream
  • A drizzle of nut butter such as almond or peanut butter
